Handling of Personal Information

  1. To respond your inquiries, requests for brochure, and requests for quotation.
    In addition, to inform new products, to recruite product testers, and to ask questionnaire surveys for our Customer Service.
  2. Depending upon the nature of your request, it may be answered by each company of KOKUYO Group, such as KOKUYO Marketing Co., Ltd.
  3. We may outsource a job which uses personal information. In such cases, we will select a KOKUYO group company or an external entity that is deemed to handle personal information properly. We will also make arrangements and supervise them, to make sure that there is no leakage of personal information.
  • Giving your personal information in the Inquiry/Consultation Form is optional.
  • If the Inquiry/Consultation Form does not contain your personal information, we may

be unable to look into your inquiry sufficiently so as to send you a report.
