  This original design was born from the combination of intellectual property know-how and the dedication of a notebook manufacturer. The pages are numbered consecutively and the binding is designed to prevent cutting out or altering the pages. The main body of the document is a 5mm grid with a space for the certification date and signature of the certifier, making it suitable for use as legal evidence.
