KOKUYO HAKU 2025, the Event that Attracted 10,000 Visitors in China, to be Held for Three Days from July 25th in Four Cities, Including Dalian and Shenzhen

KOKUYO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka / President: Hidekuni Kuroda) announces that its Chinese subsidiary KOKUYO Commerce (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will hold KOKUYO HAKU, an event that attracted over 10,000 visitors in two cities in China last year. The event will take place over three days from July 25 to 27, 2025, as an opportunity to experience KOKUYO's latest stationery and popular products. KOKUYO HAKU 2025 will be held in four cities: Changning Raffles City - Bell Tower (formerly St. Mary's Hall) in Shanghai, Chengdu, and for the first time, Dalian and Shenzhen.

KOKUYO HAKU SHANGHAI 2024

As the value-added stationery market expands due to heightening needs for self-expression via social media, KOKUYO's stationery business aims to capture the market by enhancing our points of contact with customers and expand our business domains not only in Japan but also globally. Japanese stationery is gaining popularity in the Chinese stationery market, especially among junior high and high school students, thanks to its design and exceptional functionality. In Shanghai, we operate two Campus STYLE directly managed stores, and both stores receive many customers, especially junior high and high school students.

KOKUYO HAKU is a stationery event for end users that has been held every year since its launch in Shanghai in 2018, and this year will be the sixth edition*. Last year, the event was held in two cities, Shanghai and Chengdu, and attracted over 10,000 visitors. This year, it will be held in four cities, including the two new locations of Dalian and Shenzhen.

This year's theme, "OPEN CAMPUS," was chosen to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Campus notebooks. It is designed to evoke the image of a special, open place, like an open campus event where schools welcome prospective students and hold entrance exam information sessions and tours. The theme is intended to give visitors a deeper understanding of KOKUYO stationery through enjoyable experiences and help them find the stationery that is right for them.
At the venues, the 50th anniversary of the Campus brand will be celebrated with a variety of exhibits introducing its history, unique features, and extensive product lineup. Visitors will be able to enjoy approximately 1,300 items, including limited edition products and collaborations with other brands.

2. Highlights of the KOKUYO HAKU 2025

(1) Limited edition products
Campus soft ring notebooks, gel pens, and magnets featuring the key visual design for the event, as well as original Campus notebooks designed for each city (Shanghai, Chengdu, Dalian, and Shenzhen) will be available exclusively at the venues.

(2) Collaboration stationery
Collaboration stationery, which is popular every year, will be available again this year. There will be collaborations with 17 popular Japanese creators to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Campus notebooks, as well as a collaboration with popular eraser stamp artist eric. The lineup includes original Campus notebooks featuring eric's nostalgic design of scattered stationery, as well as everyday items such as water bottles and umbrellas. A lineup of retro and cute notebooks and writing instruments designed in collaboration with popular illustrator ob1 based on the concept of a "panda department store" will also be available, in addition to many other collaborations.

(3) Other features
Visitors can enjoy various activities, including limited-edition novelties for visitors and people who make purchases as well as a stamp rally with eight stamps, including stamp booths installed in each venue featuring unique designs.
