1. About the award-winning special designs

(1) Sinanen Headquarter Office Project
Company name: Sinanen Holdings Co., Ltd.
Facility location: 1-39-20 Higashi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo
Facility URL: https://sinanengroup.co.jp/en/
Summary: This is a relocation project for Sinanen Holdings, a comprehensive energy services company, which built a new head office in the place where the company was founded in preparation for the 100th anniversary of the company's founding.

In this project, under the concept of "FUN BASE," the design aims to create a positive and enjoyable office that employees and guests become fans of. The five floors feature different themes, functions, and designs, such as a park café and a lab, creating a system that allows employees to move freely across floors and engage in various activities.

During the development process, workshops were actively incorporated to promote acceptance among employees and foster attachment. As a result, the project achieves a foundation for a new leap forward, enhancing productivity through autonomous work styles and enabling both individuals and the company to grow together.

(2) ORGATEC TOKYO 2025 KOKUYO Booth
Company name: KOKUYO Co., Ltd.
Facility location: Tokyo Big Sight, 3-11-1 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo
Space URL:https://www.orgatec-tokyo.com/
Summary: This is an exhibition booth for the new chair "ingCloud," which offers a new sensation closer to "wearing" than to "sitting."

The booth theme is "Clouds and Veils." Layers of veils with different levels of transparency gently envelop the entire booth, creating an immersive experience together with a fantastical play of light. Organic curves that respond to human movement and veils with soft undulations embody the aesthetic of ingCloud, which features a floating sensation, as if seated atop a cloud.

At the center of the booth, visitors can naturally experience the reclined posture that is a feature of ingCloud while looking up at "Cloudrium," a video motif based on digital data of body pressure distribution. In addition, comments from visitors generated through this experience are projected into the space in real time, drifting like clouds and stirring the imagination of the next visitors. This allows the inner experience to seep outward, stimulating visitors' curiosity to sit in the chair.
