KOKUYO Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka / President: Hidekuni Kuroda) announces that it will open its first Pop-up Shop in Hanoi, Vietnam for customers to be among the first to purchase new products, including products planned and developed in Vietnam that are popular with students, at Aeon Xuan Thuy, a shopping mall in Hanoi, for seven days from April 29 through May 5, 2025.

KOKUYO's stationery business aims to capture the market by enhancing its points of contact with customers and expanding its business domains not only in Japan, but also globally.
In August 2024, KOKUYO opened its first Pop-up Shop in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with more than 1,000 groups of customers making purchases over seven days, demonstrating the growing popularity of KOKUYO stationery in Vietnam.
KOKUYO is opening its first Pop-up Shop in Hanoi, Vietnam, at the Aeon Xuan Thuy shopping mall in Hanoi City. The shop will offer a diverse lineup of products that are popular with students, focusing on products for the Vietnamese market.
The Pop-up Shop will offer approximately 400 products, including notebooks and other products that only a comprehensive stationery manufacturer can provide, and will feature Campus 50th anniversary limited edition products that are popular in Japan as well as the Campus Gel Pen, a writing instrument that features a smooth writing feel and is quick to dry; the Japan Paper series, which uses Japanese-made paper with lines tailored to Vietnamese specifications; and the Earth Colors series, which is popular among students for its chic design incorporating the colors of the earth as key colors; and many other products.
KOKUYO will enhance its points of contact with customers to meet the needs of global customers in the areas of working, learning, and living.
1.Examples of products
(1)Campus 50th anniversary limited edition products
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Campus notebooks in 2025, limited edition items featuring original illustrations by Hikaru Ichijo will be sold. This lineup is designed to support junior high and high school students who are passionate about their interests and want to shine.
(2) Campus Gel Pen
Pens with a smooth writing feel, quick-drying ink, and a soft grip that extends close to the pen tip. The body has a simple design, and it is available in eight colors that are easy to use for studying and various other situations.
(3) Japan Paper series
A series featuring Japanese-made Campus notebook paper with lines tailored to Vietnamese specifications. It retains the comfortable writing feel of Campus notebooks, which is suitable for any type of writing instrument, and features a variety of designs on the cover that include beautiful seasonal views of Mount Fuji and a series featuring illustrators popular with students.
(4) Earth Color series
A stationery series that uses the colors of the earth--tree green, earth brown, and water blue--as its key colors.
2. Creating a unique shopping space
The Pop-up Shop offers a shopping space where customers can have unique experiences, featuring a writing station where customers can try out Campus notebook paper and various writing instruments to test the writing experience. Additionally, KOKUYO aims to create a shopping space that offers customers a truly unique and enjoyable shopping experience by incorporating the expertise gained from KOKUYO's directly managed stores in Japan and overseas.
