オフィスに新たなコラボレーションを
2019年に発売したミーティングチェアー「Any」。シンプルでカジュアルなデザインと心地よい使い勝手を両立したこのチェアーは、従来のオフィスファニチャーのイメージを一新し、高い評価をいただきました。
リモートからオフィスへの回帰が見えてきたこともあり、つぎの時代を見据えAnyを軸にしたシリーズを生みだすプロジェクトがスタート。「Any」によってあらゆるコラボレーションを可能にする方法「way」をいう意味をこめて、「Any way」と名づけられました。
Bringing new collaboration to the office.
In 2019, we launched the meeting chair ‘Any.’ Combining a simple, casual design with exceptional comfort, this chair redefined the image of traditional office furniture and received high acclaim.
Within Kokuyo, the use of ‘Any’ in our offices revealed a trend of employees returning to the workplace from remote settings. Inspired by this shift, a project was initiated to create a series centered around ‘Any,’ looking ahead to the next era. The name ‘Any way’ reflects the idea of enabling all kinds of collaboration—‘any way’ made possible through ‘Any.’
合言葉は「Noiseless Comfort」
これからの「はたらく」を考えよう。ワークスタイルを考えることで、つぎのワークプレイスのあり方が見つかるはずだ。｢Any way」の開発プロジェクトは、ここからはじまりました。
日常のさまざまなストレスやノイズを排除して、誰もが楽しくはたらくことに集中できるように、目の前のコラボレーションに没頭できるように。私たちは使い手がストレスなく無意識に使いこなせるオフィスファニチャーのかたちを求めて、｢Noiseless Comfort」を合言葉にプランニングを進めました。

Let’s rethink the future of work. By exploring work styles, we can uncover the next evolution of the workplace. This was the starting point for the development project of ‘Any way.’
With the goal of eliminating everyday stresses and distractions, we envisioned a workspace where everyone can focus on joyful and immersive collaboration. To achieve this, we set out to create office furniture that users can intuitively and effortlessly utilize, without stress. Guided by the motto ‘Noiseless Comfort,’ we pushed forward with our planning.
つぎの時代をつくるイノベーションを
Any wayの開発チームは少人数で、メンバーの役割が明確なフラットなチーム。まさにAny wayの考えを実践するように、コラボレーションに没頭しています。
リソースやサステナブルなどの課題、AIなどの新技術への対応など、大きく変化する私たちの環境。その中で私たちがめざすのは、いままでの常識にとらわれず、つぎの時代をつくる新たなイノベーションを生みだすこと。Any wayがその場となり、イキイキした未来が生まれることを願っています。

The Any way development team is small, with clearly defined roles in a flat structure, embodying the very principles of Any way by fully immersing themselves in collaboration.
We face challenges such as resource constraints, sustainability, and adapting to rapidly evolving technologies like AI in a world of constant change. Amid this, our goal is to break free from conventional norms and create new innovations that will shape the next era.
We envision Any way as the platform where these vibrant futures come to life. With this aspiration, we will continue moving forward, relentlessly pursuing our mission.
