Dividends

We aim to give shareholders an increasing share of our profits while growing our businesses sustainably to maximize our value over the medium to long term.
We generally pay two dividends a year: an interim and year-end dividend. The level of the year-end dividend is determined by shareholders at the AGM, while the level of the interim dividend is determined by the Board of Directors.
We reinvest a portion of our retained earnings in projects aimed at growing the company.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that, with a resolution of the Board of Directors, we can pay out an interim dividend with June 30 as the record date.
Our company is classified under Japanese law as a “company to which consolidated dividend regulations apply.”
